There once was a woman named Jenny who had a rather spectacular plan for retirement.

She was going to become the Peace Lady.

There would be colorful clothes. Peace signs. Necklaces to hand out to strangers. Adventures around the world. And, quite possibly, a husband named Dan sitting nearby with a book, wondering what on earth he'd gotten himself into this time.

It was going to be GLORIOUS.

But then Jenny had a thought.

She could start being the Peace Lady right now!

And just when she thought she'd stumbled onto a wonderful new Adventure, another thought arrived.

What if other people wanted to do this too?

What if there were Peace Ladies, Peace Men, Peace People, and Peace Sassifarians wandering around the world, each sharing a little peace in their own wonderfully peculiar way?

Well, This Escalated Beautifully.

What started as one woman's dream became an invitation to the entire planet.

And now, somehow, you've wandered into it.

A Little Inspiration From Jamaica 🇯🇲

What If We Could All Welcome Each Other With Our Hearts?

Jenny has visited Jamaica several times, and some of the moments she treasures most have nothing to do with the beach.

It's the people she's met. A driver delighted to tell her about Jamaica on the ride from the airport. Conversations that turn into stories about home. Jamaica Night, with little flags on the tables, colorful lights, questions about the parishes, and people sharing their culture with such heart.

What Jenny remembers most is how welcome she felt—and how much joy there was in listening, learning, and sharing a moment together.

That feeling followed her home. And it brought a question with it:

Different places. Different stories. Different people. What if we met more of those differences with curiosity, warmth, and a little room at the table?

Jenny's experiences in Jamaica and the spirit of One Love helped inspire these questions. The people she met made her feel welcome with their hearts, and now the Peace Lady wants to carry a little of that feeling out into the world—not as a claim to speak for Jamaica, but as a heartfelt thank-you for what those encounters gave her.

A Delightfully Unanswerable Question

Where Could This Go?

Imagine one tiny peace sign appearing in a grocery store. Another on a bike trail. Another on the other side of the world.

Two Peace Sassifarians might pass each other without ever knowing they're part of the same Adventure. Someone might smile at a necklace, then carry that smile into the next conversation.

Or maybe absolutely nothing remarkable happens today. You still got to wear the necklace, share the smile, and have the Adventure.

Somewhere out there, another Peace Sassifarian might be having the exact same ridiculous, wonderful idea.

You may never meet. But wouldn't it be something to know you're both out there?

Jenny doesn't know how far this will travel. That's part of what makes it fun.
