House of Mirrors
Emergency Exit
“I am way too activated for this.”
Exit Sign Located
You are allowed to stop looking.
Maybe you came into the House hoping to get curious.
Then the Mirror stopped being useful.
Your thoughts are racing. Your words disappeared. You are replaying the same thing faster and faster. You feel more certain, more defensive, more afraid, or simply unable to see anything except the Rock.
This is not a test of whether you can Mirror harder.
You do not have to figure anything out while you are free-falling.
There is an exit door right over there.
It is not locked.
A Familiar Cord
The Parachute is already in your Backpack.
Good news: you already packed something for this.
You can pause the conversation. Put down the question. Leave the Mirror on the table. Find some space. Find a Sunny Spot. Come back when you have more footing.
Or don't come back today.
The Mirror will still be here.
There is no prize for reaching an insight while your feet are nowhere near the ground.
No Explanation Required
You don't have to know what the story means yet.
You do not need to decide whether your assumption is fair.
You do not need to find the missing piece.
You do not need to choose the perfect words.
You do not need to update an old story about yourself.
You do not even need to know what you need next.
For now, noticing “I cannot look at this clearly right now” may be enough information.
Trails Cross Here
Want the Parachute?
If you want to spend more time with the Parachute, that trail is right here.
Or you can simply carry the reminder you already have:
Don't solve the problem while you're falling.🪂 Wander to The Parachute
The Door Stays Open
You choose what happens next.
Pull the Parachute. Find somewhere to land. Wander somewhere else. Close the book.
If you want to return to the House later, nothing here will have moved on without you.
