A Living Map
What If One of My Sunny Spots Stops Working?
Then it might stop being one of your Sunny Spots.
Very official. Extremely complicated. 😂
A Sunny Spot is not a lifetime contract.
Something can help in one season of your life and not another. A person can be exactly who you need one day while solitude fits better the next. A long walk may create room when you have energy and feel impossible when you do not. A place you loved can change. You can change.
If something helped before and doesn't now, that does not mean you were wrong about it then.
Sunny Spots are discovered, not assigned.
Suppose somebody tells you, “Meditation is relaxing.”
Maybe.
Or maybe three minutes into it you are composing a strongly worded letter to meditation. 😂
The Sassiverse does not need meditation to win that argument.
The useful question is not whether an activity belongs on somebody else's Official List of Things That Should Help™. The useful information is what happens in your own experience.
Even good clues are not rules.
If Sassy + movement + training + people helped Jenny once, that does not mean every future Rock requires an emergency trip to the pet store.
If quiet helped yesterday, you are not required to want quiet today.
If a beloved Sunny Spot stops fitting, you do not have to keep using it out of loyalty to an older version of yourself.
And something you never expected may suddenly turn out to create exactly the kind of room you need.
The map gets to change because the Traveler gets to change.
Later, Adventures and the Sunny Spot Globe can give Travelers ways to notice, collect, revisit, and experiment with their own possibilities. Here, the important thing to understand is simpler: Sunny Spots are living information, not prescriptions.
