A Sunny Spot is anything that helps your mind and
body find enough footing to remember the larger
landscape.
It may not remove the Rock.
It may not answer the question.
It may not change what happened.
What it can do is create enough space to look
around again.
From that wider view, you may begin to notice
beauty, movement, choices, helping hands,
Sunny Seats, other paths, and possibilities that
were difficult to see when the Rock filled your
entire view.
A Sunny Spot might be a walk through the woods,
time near the water, painting, music, laughter,
a favorite book, a trusted friend, time with an
animal, quiet rest, or simply a place where your
shoulders begin to soften.
Some Sunny Spots bring calm.
Some bring energy.
Some help us remember who we are beneath the
overwhelm.
A Sunny Spot does not ask you to ignore the
Rock. It simply helps you find enough footing
to remember there is still an entire landscape
waiting for you.
