๐Ÿ”‘ A Gate Adventure

Who Has a Key?

The key ring with no master key

The Story

The traveler found an enormous key ring in her Backpack. One key was gold. One was crooked. One looked suspiciously like a tiny spoon.

A helpful-looking magpie landed beside her. โ€œWhich one opens everything?โ€ it asked.

โ€œNone of them,โ€ she said.

The garden Gate had one key. The workshop had another. The little room where she sorted her thoughts had no visitor key at all.

A friend could enter the garden without wandering into the workshop. A family member might be welcome for tea without getting a vote on every decision. Even a beloved person didn't need a key to every room.

The magpie looked disappointed. It had hoped for something shinier. Then it stole the spoon-shaped key, which turned out to be an actual spoon.

Through the Traveler's Lens

Do you give everyone the same access out of habit? Are there parts of your life you enjoy sharing and others you want to keep your own?

You get to decide what, if anything, belongs on your own trail.

A Little Borrowed Belief

โ€œI'm happy to share this part with you. The rest is something I'm keeping private.โ€ Different doors can have different keys.

Borrow a possibility, experiment with it, or leave it here. Your Gate belongs to you.
